Field studies use iNaturalist and other resources to identify plants and learn about their biology and ecology. Necessary to walk significant distances in rough terrain and poor weather. Knowledge is applied to creation of web-based keys, species pages and other components of a flora website for southeastern Ohio, as well as a floristic inventory.
