Catalog description

This class introduces the interdisciplinary scientific principles that drive modern engineering and how the scientific process is applied for practical means. The course includes the study of materials and processing, mechanical reasoning, documentation, and design. The course is open to students of all disciplines and does not require a background in sciences and engineering for successful completion.
