Catalog description

This course focuses on the principles and methods of systematic biology with emphasis on molecular evolution, species delimitation, phylogenetic inference, and phylogenetic comparative methods with accompanying computer labs on these topics. Throughout the course emphasis is placed on analyzing data and on applying systematic methods to research in both the lecture and lab components.
