Pedagogy I explores sociocultural perspectives on teaching and learning in early childhood and elementary education, the role of teacher as researcher/inquirer, and the ways in which sociocultural pedagogies interface with standard-based education. Prereq: Admission to major or M.Ed. Not open to students with credit for EduTL 5123.
