The use of NMR spectroscopy in the assay and control methods of drug preparations. Prereq: Grad standing. 7380 Post-Graduate Residency Preparation P 1 This elective course is designed to develop and refine the skills necessary to be competitive for admission into a residency program. Students will develop their residency application, interviewing skills, professional communication, and gain familiarity with the residency application process. Prereq: Enrollment in the PharmD program at the P3 rank or higher. This course is graded S/U. 7390 Community-Based Pharmacy Practice P 2 This course provides students with an understanding of community-based pharmacy practice, how to effectively engage with community-based practitioners and their sites, and foundational skills necessary to lead and to manage community-based pharmacy practice. Prereq: Enrollment in the PharmD program. 7402 Economic Evaluation of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare G P 3 Interventions Introduction to economic evaluation of health care interventions and services, including evaluating costs and health outcomes, using results to inform resource allocation, interpretation and evaluation of economic evaluations in the literature, and decision analysis in health care.
