Catalog description
This course provides an in-depth exploration of pharmacologic principles and their application in pediatric primary and acute care settings. Emphasizing evidence-based prescribing practices, this course prepares students to assess, select, and manage pharmacologic therapies across diverse pediatric populations. Prereq: 7450; and Enrollment in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary or Acute Care specialty. Additional Grad Entry Prereq: pre-licensure coursework (6100, 6240S, 6260, 6270, 6271, 6340, 6410, 6420, 6430, and 6480).
