Palliative and End of Life Care

Catalog description

A foundational course using the scope and standards of holistic nursing practice with a focus on developing an intrinsic understanding of whole person care. It will explore the essence of relationship-centered care and compassionate presence based on holistic nursing theory and will explore the skills and competencies necessary for certification. Prereq: Sr or Grad standing in Nursing, or permission of instructor.
