Catalog description

This advanced food microbiology course is designed to help students to build a comprehensive understanding about food-borne microorganisms and gut microbiota and their impact on host health through studying their interactions with the environment and with the host. Prereq: Grad standing, or permission of instructor with approval from the Graduate School. Not open to students with credit for FdScTe 7536. Cross-listed in FdScTe.
