Catalog description
Law Externships consists of two components: fieldwork and coursework. Permitted field placements are public interest, government, judicial, and corporate/in-house and are subject to the approval of the Externship Director. Fieldwork in a law firm setting is strictly prohibited. The coursework component will facilitate the development of lawyering skills and prompt guided reflection. Repeatable to a maximum of 8 cr hrs or 3 completions. This course is graded S/U.
