Applied Research Methods in Sport

Catalog description

This course equips students with knowledge/skills/ethics to evaluate/apply research to solving real-world problems. The use of research as a tool to inform decision-making in sport; the value of generating new knowledge to advance the sport industry is emphasized. Students explore research approaches/questions relevant to sport industry, learn to apply techniques & develop knowledge competencies. Prereq: Grad standing in Kinesiology Program.
