Coaches This proseminar focuses on the development of knowledge, abilities, and dispositions necessary for effective, participative, and productive leadership in coaching settings. Topics covered in this course include leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, organizational membership, branding, the relationship between the sporting team and the community. Prereq: Enrollment in Master of Sports Coaching program. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs.
