Introduction to the impact of chronic conditions on the health of individuals and populations. Explores innovative disease prevention programs. Integrates health coaching strategies and health literacy issues in clients with chronic conditions and related, common medications. Prereq: Enrollment in HW major or minor, or BSN major, or in EHE Physical Education major, or Exploratory (EXP) student.
