Catalog description

This course will provide an overview of individual and family developmental issues across the lifespan from infancy to old age, as well as the effects of these issues/events upon individuals, couples, and family relationships. The class will focus on theory, research, and application of individual and family developmental theory and related cultural and diversity issues. Prereq: Enrollment in HDFS Grad program, or permission of instructor.
