French Center of Excellence Colloquium

Catalog description

Students will attend lectures and discussions organized around the visits of four to six French or Francophone writers and scholars invited by the Department of French and Italian's Center of Excellence each semester. Students will learn about the contemporary artistic and intellectual landscape of the French-speaking world and meet those who are currently shaping it. Prereq: Grad standing; or 3101 or equivalent. Repeatable to a maximum of 10 cr hrs. This course is graded S/U.
