French for the Professions Internship

Catalog description

Students who have secured a professional internship in a French-speaking context (whether abroad or in the US) may seek permission to register for 1-6 credit hours of FRENCH 4690 for the completion of the internship and a set of accompanying assignments. Completion of FRENCH 3501, 3502 or 3503 is recommended, but not required. Notify DUS no later than one semester prior to start of internship. Prereq: Two (2) 3000-level courses taught in French; or permission of department Director of Undergraduate Studies. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs or 6 completions. This course is graded S/U.
