Development and Needs of Gifted and Talented Students This course is designed to expose educators who work with GATE students to the fundamental literature and theories on the socio-emotional/affective, psychological, and achievement-oriented development and needs of GATE students in general, along with those who are racially, ethnically, and culturally different. Prereq: 2650.
