Advanced Doctoral Practicum 1

Catalog description

The primary purpose of this first year doctoral level counseling practicum sequence in year 2 is to provide students with a closely supervised, integrated counseling experience through a full immersion practicum experience. The student completes a year-long practicum, intensifies case presentations, conceptualizations and treatment planning, and receives supervision on site and in class. Prereq: Admission to Counseling Psychology Program or permission of instructor.
