Leadership in Profession of Dental Hygiene

Catalog description

This course will cover the fundamental skills required for effective leadership in a dental healthcare setting. The course explores leadership skills and styles, relationship building, conflict resolution, personal accountability and leadership through change. Students discuss the core theory and concepts of leadership and the principles of organizational change. Prereq: Admission to the RDH-BS degree completion program (DNHBDCP-BS).
