This course prepares students for the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam. This exam evaluates an individual's understanding of financial economics and analysis, investment vehicles and recommendations, and securities law. The Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser exam qualifies an individual to be an "Investment Adviser" in each state, enabling student to provide investment advice. Prereq: Jr, Sr or Grad standing. This course is graded S/U.
