Complex community issues related to food systems require more than food production knowledge; they also require a holistic understanding of how this is interconnected with the human dimension. This course will support students' growth in the knowledge and practice of systems thinking leadership and provide an international opportunity to apply them while exploring an international food system. Admission to the COMLDR Exploring Systems Thinking Leadership Education Abroad program required. Prereq: Permission of instructor.
