Introduction to the role of business in the lives of individuals, consumers, employees, and citizens. Focus on the concept of ethical leadership with emphasis on both oral and written communication skills for the business environment. Prereq: Honors standing, and admission to BSBA program. Not open to students with credit for BusMHR 2291, 2292 or BusAdm 499 or 499H. 2600 Career Exploration U ½ - 1½ Through guided reflection, interactive workshops, and meaningful engagement with Fisher faculty, alumni, and business professionals, students will explore diverse industries, functional roles, and career pathways available to business graduates. Prereq: Enrollment in College of Business. This course is graded S/U. 2601 Career Foundations U ½ - 1½ Explore the mindsets, strategies, and professional skills that drive successful careers in business while broadening your understanding of different career pathways. Engage directly with industry professionals through meaningful, interactive experiences and focus on developing self- awareness, strong communication skills, and career readiness. Prereq: Enrollment in the Fisher College of Business Major Program and Specialization. Repeatable to a maximum of 3 cr hrs or 4 completions. 2798 Study Tour: International U ½ - 3 Designed to provide an orientation to students who will embark on an international experience and once there, will enable students across countries to learn from each other.
