Interactive Animation

Catalog description

This course introduces students to advanced techniques for creating interactive animation using real-time 3D rendering software and a suite of 3D applications. Topics include narrative structure, cinematography for interactive media, asset integration, sound design and collaboration practices. Students will conduct hands-on exercises and participate in discussions and project-based learning. Prereq: 5002 or 6002; or Design 4104; or permission of instructor. Not open to students with credit for Design 5104. Cross-listed in Design.
