Clinical application and skill acquisition related to management of musculoskeletal conditions by physical therapists. Prereq: Enrollment in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program. 7645 Acute Physical Therapy Practice II: Rehabilitation G ½ This course is designed to promote competence in acute care physical therapy practice and related populations including those in skilled nursing and inpatient rehabilitation facilities. Students will engage in lecture and lab based course work focused on content related to providing PT intervention to the acute patient population. Prereq: Enrollment in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program.
