Provides an in-depth analysis of a specific question to which genomic methods are applied. Intersperses experimental methods and statistical analysis of biological data. Some experience with programming is recommended. Prereq: Math 1151 or 1156, and Stat 2450 or 2480, and Biology 1113 or MolGen 5660, and Jr standing or above; or Grad standing; or permission of instructor.
