Offers a survey of lyric diction to acquaint future singers, teachers, and choral conductors with basic concepts and skills for the English, German, French, Latin, and Italian languages. Students will review the rules and symbols of the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA). Prereq: Open to Music Education majors and graduate choral conducting students.
