Current Topics in Immune Informatics

Catalog description

This workshop-format class focuses on the analysis of immunology sequence data (e.g., single- cell, bulk transcriptomic, antigen receptor repertoire, etc.). Prior to class, students review assigned materials, covering informatics as it relates to immunology. For class, students complete related assignments using published or preliminary datasets, submitting written summaries to demonstrate mastery. Prereq: BMI 5750 and MedMcIm 7010; or permission of instructor. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs.
