Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide students with a beginning level of knowledge and skills in Muay Thai. Students will improve their general physical fitness and skill performance while learning principles, techniques, safe practices, strategies, and the philosophy of Muay Thai. This is strictly a course for beginners; those with experience in Muay Thai should consult with their instructor.
