Catalog description
The purpose of this lecture course is to allow the student to take an introspective look at who they are, learn the martial way, and apply what is useful to them in their everyday life. This course was designed to be used as a pre-requisite to or in conjunction with all martial art classes within the Sport, Fitness and Health Program (Judo, Boxing, Eskrima, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, and Self Defense.
