Catalog description
This is an activity course in which students who have taken Pilates 1 can expand their knowledge of Pilates, learn more challenging exercises, and explore the use of props in their workouts. This course is open to students who have completed Pilates 1 or per instructor's discretion. Prereq: 1148.07.
