To provide the student with the beginning level skills and knowledge in sea kayaking. As a result the student will improve his/her general physical fitness and skill performance. Principles, techniques, safe practices and strategies of sea kayaking will be taught throughout the course. This is an introductory course for beginners. This course is graded S/U.
