Obesity Management For decades we have been told to exercise more and eat less (especially fat), but the obesity and diabetes crisis is getting worse. This course will explore potential reasons to explain Why we are getting fatter? and What can be done about it? It will explore why traditional lifestyle treatments (i.e., diet and exercise) have had limited success in curtailing the explosive and continued growth in obesity. Prereq: 3414 or equiv., or Grad standing.
