Introduction to French; development of listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills. Taught in French. Course is not open to native speakers of this language, students with EM credit, or to students with two or more years of study in this language in high school. Prereq: Not open to students with credit for 1101.21, or 4 cr hrs of 1101.51 or 1101.61.
