This class is part of a multi-university seminar course organized by USDA Committee NC1023- Engineering for Food Safety and Quality. The course provides a broad perspective of innovation a s applied to food engineering. Students learn general overview and case studies of current and emerging research areas in food and agricultural engineering and processing by different research groups in the U.S. Prereq: Grad standing in Food Science and Technology or Food Ag Bio Engineering.
