This course introduces leadership theory at two levels - the individual level (people as leaders) and the organizational level (companies as leaders). This course provides both an in-depth presentation of leadership theory and a discussion of how it applies to real-life business situations. Prereq: Sr or Grad standing, or permission of instructor.
