Honors introduction to structure, nomenclature, physical properties, preparation and reactions of alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, alcohols, ethers, epoxides, aldehydes and ketones, including stereochemistry, acids, bases, and reaction mechanisms. Prereq: 1220 (123), 1620 (163), or 1920H (203H); Honors program or permission of department or instructor. Not open to students with credit for 2510, 2610, or 252H.
