This course focuses on a basic introduction to the Global Bond Market. Will include various classes of bonds (government, corporate, mortgage, and money market), their structures, as well as the pricing of embedded options. The principle of discounted cash flow and security pricing will also be covered in some detail. Ratings, relative value, and market participants. Prereq: 4211 and 4221.
