Introduction to observations, forecasting, and analysis of the atmosphere including weather maps, radar, and satellite, introductory numerical weather prediction models, and synthesis of data from a variety of sources. Prereq: A grade of C- or above in Geog 1900 or 5900. Not open to students with credit for Geog 5940 or AtmosSc 5940.
