Communicating Research & Science to the Public

Catalog description

Through practice and application, students will learn to communicate with the public about research-based science in agriculture and natural resources for the purposes of education, promoting positive scientific practices, and creating change. The content will explore various communication outlets and media and how they are appropriate for different messages. Prereq: Must be enrolled in AEEDL-MS program. Not open to students with credit for ACEL 8150.
