3 credit hours Lecture Hours: 3; Lab Hours: 0 In this course, students will be provided an understanding of planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction projects including development of critical path networks (CPM & PERT), Gantt bar charts and construction cost control and reporting practices. The Students will also learn how to use the software tools to accurately prepare and analyze the project schedule and to effectively communicate the schedule to the management team.
