Introduction to Creative Writing establishes the principles and practices of writing creative nonfiction, fiction and poetry. In addition to reading works in these three genres as models, students will produce original pieces that apply the theoretical principles of creative writing. Cannot earn credit in EN 274 and WRIT 274. 3 Lecture hours. Prerequisites: WRIT 111 or EN 111 or EN 102.
