Catalog description

This course serves as the fourth of five seminars devoted to the application of nurse practitioner knowledge to the Adult Gerontology Acute Care AGNP-AC specialty. With a focus on evidence-based practice, policy advocacy and equitable healthcare, this course complements and enhances the clinical knowledge and skills gained in NR 713L. By the end of this course, students will be prepared to advance to the next seminar and clinical course in the AGNP-AC track. Prerequisites: NR 712 and NR 712L. Grade of B or better. Corequisite: NR 713L. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
