AGNP-AC Clinical III

Catalog description

This course serves as the third of five clinical courses devoted to the application of foundational nurse practitioner knowledge to the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner AGNP-AC specialty. With a focus on evidence based practice, therapeutic communication, care coordination and well being, students will apply knowledge to hands on clinical experiences. By the end of this course, students will be prepared to advance to the next seminar and clinical course in the AGNP-AC track. Prerequisites: NR 711 and NR 711L. Grade of B or higher. Corequisite: NR 712. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
