FNP Clinical IV

Catalog description

This course serves as the fourth of five clinical courses devoted to the application of foundational nurse practitioner knowledge to the Family Nurse Practitioner FNP specialty. With a focus on team leadership, care coordination and holistic, person-centered care, students will apply knowledge to hands-on clinical experiences. By the end of this course, students will be prepared to advance to the next seminar and clinical course in the FNP track. Prerequisites: NR 702 and NR 702L. Grade of B or better. Corequisite: NR 703. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
