FNP Seminar III

Catalog description

This course serves as the third of five seminars devoted to the application of nurse practitioner knowledge to the Family Nurse Practitioner FNP specialty. With a focus on clinical leadership, quality improvement and professional practice, this course complements and enhances the clinical knowledge and skills gained in NR 702L. By the end of this course, students will be prepared to advance to the next seminar and clinical course in the FNP track. Prerequisites: NR 701 and NR 701L. Grade of B or higher. Corequisite: NR 702L. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
