This course focuses on developing a strong professional identity and understanding the scope of practice in advanced nursing roles. Students will explore leadership, advocacy and ethical principles to promote health, well-being and social justice in healthcare settings. Emphasizing the full utilization of the advanced nurse's scope of practice, the course covers the evaluation of workplace environments, legal and regulatory impacts and strategies for continuous professional growth. Through reflection and active participation, students will strengthen their ability to lead and innovate within the nursing profession, ensuring optimal care outcomes. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
