This course examines the interplay between family and community health. Students will explore the dynamics of family health across the lifespan, emphasizing the nurse's role in supporting family health within the broader community context. Topics include family assessment, health promotion and disease prevention strategies. Prerequisites: NR 570 and NR 570L. Grade of B or higher. Corequisites: NR 575L. Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer.
