This course focuses on understanding and developing a Supply Chain Strategy. Topics studied in this course include: basic supply chain topics, technology, metrics, and innovation. The course will focus on end-to-end understanding of what supply chain management is all about, key concept, important issues, best-in-class, benchmarking and overall strategic approaches to successful supply chain management, development and operation.
