Leadership Capstone

Catalog description

A culminating experience for students pursuing a major in leadership or related fields, students will integrate and apply the knowledge, skills and theories acquired throughout the leadership program. Completing a comprehensive project which includes a public presentation, students will identify a significant leadership issue, conduct thorough research and develop strategic solutions. The project will require collaboration with peers, industry professionals and/or faculty advisors resulting in an interdisciplinary and practical learning experience. GE 7. Prerequisite: Senior standing or permission of Program Chair. Grade of C or higher. Offered: Spring.
