Leading Cultural Competencies

Catalog description

Students will explore theories and practices to strengthen their skills as culturally competent leaders and gain an understanding of the role of cultural competence in an efficient and thriving work environment. Through the practical application of these methods and theories, students will learn how to create stronger organizational structures, improve communication and increase collaboration in the workplace. Prerequisite: LEAD 201 or LEAD 202. Grade of C or higher. Offered: Fall.
