Catalog description

Through a blend of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, student will explore key aspects of strategic thinking, decision-making and leadership dynamics. Topics include strategic planning, organizational change, ethical leadership, innovation and global leadership challenges. Students will also focus on the development of problem solving abilities and the capacity to motivate teams to achieve strategic goals. Prerequisite: LEAD 111. Grade of C or higher. Offered: Spring.
